Decisions regarding the architecture of BDM should be primarily focused on delivering on the outcomes outlined in the strategy. Implications: • Decisions regarding the technical and solution architecture should be weighed against their ability to achieve strategic outcomes and impact on the targeted stakeholders • Capabilities delivered as part of the BDM programme, enabled by the technology, will be linked to the outcomes that they support, value they deliver, and benefits realized BDM EA WG: The principle is covered by the new GC Architecture Standards, therefore redundant.
