Mature the EA Program Address the gaps in the pillars of a mature EA program. • Implemented the ESDC EA Meta model in QualiWare; • Put in place Version 1 of the Enterprise Architecture Content Management Framework; • Identified trusted stakeholders for all EA services; • Received approval to procure and implement an enterprise data catalogue; • Put in place a mechanism to identify business process models that are approved; • Integrated Business Process Management (BPM) within EA; • Added Client Journey Maps to the EA tool set; • Developed a process to address the management of cloud and DevOps tools in the technology standards for proper and agile oversight and approvals; and • Streamlined the process for providing a product and functionality assessment of every new product/service brought to the Operations andChange Management Committee (OCMC) for approval.
