Metric Name: Increase in the rate of cases meeting the ISB conformity standard Metric Type: Qualitative Description: ISB will perform a year-over-year comparison of the number of cases that meet the conformity standards Metric Formula Combine the conformity rates for each month, then divide by 12 to get a yearly rate and then subtracting the rate from the previous year to get the annual increase Assumptions All regions will use the new system All regions will be rated on the cases they deliver against the standards The conformity rate will be established after one year of systems/process usage. Quality Control sample of cases per region per month will be defined Baseline The baseline will be established after the first year of using the new system and processes Target The compliance group has a target of 85% conformity rate and the Enforcement group will use the same measurements.
