Risk Description: Due to the collaborative nature of the work that is to be done within the scope of the WLM project, there is a risk that the partner processes within IITB may impact the progress of the work being done. These partners currently include the following teams: Application Portfolio Management, IT Security, IT Accessibility, Enterprise Architecture, BRM, CCOE, and Testing Services. A delay in the process of any of these partners could potentially affect the WLM Project timelines and cause delays and unexpected financial costs. Impact Description: There is a risk that the timeline is affected, also impacting the project costs.
