Risk Description: Due to the high volume of applications that are very complex, the change in architecture for both EDC and cloud destination, there is a risk that the schedule will not be maintained as some applications may require more time than others or that ESDC might not have the required expertise. This would lead to delays in the project timelines and unexpected financial costs, in addition to delays to the benefits realization. Impact Description: There is a risk that the timeline is affected, also impacting the project costs. Additional modification to the architecture at the application and infrastructure level might be required.
